This privacy policy describes how Anders Amstrup processes personal data when you use the contact form or write to [email protected].

What data and why

When you complete the contact form, I receive the details you provide: name, email, optionally phone and company, and your message. The data is used solely to respond to your enquiry and, if relevant, to arrange a meeting. The legal basis is your consent and my legitimate interest in responding to enquiries (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) and (f)).

Retention and disclosure

Enquiries that do not lead to a collaboration are deleted no later than 12 months after the last contact. The data is not shared with anyone else. The website’s hosting provider and the email provider Brevo, which sends the form’s emails, process the data as data processors on my behalf.

Cookies

This website does not use cookies for analytics or marketing.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, and you can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to [email protected]. You may lodge a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Agency (datatilsynet.dk).
