Passionate – and collaborative
With 14 years of management experience behind me, as chief psychologist, sales director and more, I opened my own coaching practice in 2009 – in the middle of the financial crisis. Since then I have worked closely with Magasin, Ledernes Kompetencecenter and the Technical University of Denmark (DTU), among others.
At Magasin I have, since 2009, developed leaders who must perform exceptionally – with their own teams and with the rest of management – in a dynamic and vibrant organisation.
In parallel I have worked with many other clients on leadership coaching, management team building, conflict mediation, crisis psychology and facilitating strategy sessions. Sales training and acting as a sounding board for sales managers are also among my specialities – especially for specialists who are not salespeople but still have to sell.
I am motivated by working with dedication towards goals – and by working with other people. Navigating complexity together with others challenges and satisfies me. The key word is collaboration – also in my role as chair of my home town’s running club since 2018, with 300 members, a board and 16 coaches. In the running club we create community, healthy bodies and experiences of nature and running for the town’s residents, and that, to me, is a wonderful mission.
I have always been eager to learn, and during my own management career I spent 10 years as an external lecturer at Copenhagen Business School (CBS), Department of Marketing, on the MSc in Economics and Business Administration (cand.merc.) programmes.
